Need assistance reseting my voicemail password and I am overseas

I have entered a wrong password too many times and no longer have the ability to send a temp pass to my phone. Koodo Rep please help!

Where s this 15 min avg service... Come on... Help me please! I was also charged easy roam for a day I didn't even use! Please check and refund.

I have the sleep now 3am here. Fix this please Flo. Seriously considering leaving Koodo. Or anyone fix this at this point.

Can someone please please help me? I don't understand why I'm getting ignored here. Isn't this supposed to be a community support?? You asked my phone number but don't give me an opportunity to provide it as you have not added yourself to my feed and therefore I can't even reply to you. So I provide my number and I still can't get a reset? I respond and then tell you this but I still can't get a reset.. is Koodo customer service this bad?? Really sad here. Going on 4 days and no response and no replies to any of my responses after you send me a private message that I can't respond to.. this is stupid.

Why am I not getting any assistance here??

What do you mean by "no longer have the ability to send a temp pass to my phone."?

When your voice mail was locked, did they ask you to enter last 4 digit number of your phone?

Then they send you a temporary pass cord via text.

Hung up and call voicemail again > they will ask you to enter the temporary number > now they ask you to enter a new passcode/pin. > Then you should be able to access to your voicemail

Do you see your logo/avatar just above the title?  Click it > tap " private message" > you should be reply there.

Yes that is the way it works when you haven't locked your voicemail. If you enter a password three times incorrectly then you're locked out of your voicemail and you cannot send a temporary password. He needs to be reset and asks you to call koodo. As I'm overseas I cannot call koodo so I'm stuck waiting for them to do it via Facebook or here in this community.

 

Someone replied to me flo , but he did not add me to his feed so I could not reply even though he asked me to reply. And now no one from Kudo is replying and my voicemail is still not reset.

 

Any recommendations on getting koodo assistance here?

Thanks Mayumi for the reply regarding how to send private messages. However Flo has not added me and I cannot send private messages here is what I see:

Thanks for the reply. Actually this is incorrect: once they locked you out, they will ask you if you want to reset your password.

 

I cannot call from my phone (as I am overseas) so I call from landline. Once locked out it tells you to reset by calling in on your phone.  Which I cannot do. 

 

Can you tell me how to get Koodo support?

Thanks I know how to check my private messages. I then click on the message that I want to check from koodo which I posted earlier in this thread asking for my number. However right below it there is no option to reply and instead it says this person must add you to their feed before you can reply. So Koodo replied to me but they forgot to add me to their feed. This results mean not being able to reply to them. So I have replied here and got no reply and then I also opened a new one and still have gotten no reply.

@Boa_Guy Koodo please assist me

To all looking for an answer: It is not possible to reset your password by calling from a landline. You my use the phone connected to the Koodo voicemail service. Don’t bother unless you are willing to pay the charges while overseas. $$$$$

 

The lesson is to know and set a password before you leave the country. Best of luck to all.
