need assistance and cant get it

Hello, so I am, for the first time in my life going over my data. I have tried so many times to have a representative call me. I've used that ridiculous chat and it's getting me no where but extremely frustrated. For the love of keeping sane can a representative please call meeeeeeeee.

Why do you need rep? 
You went over your data…  it means you bought top up data? Or you have difficulty to buy it?

@Terri19  If i understand correctly you are looking for a plan with more data? Or  a one time add-on when you used up all data in your plan?  If that’s the case, what may help is to pick a plan online  with more data. Maybe just for one month and switch back to a lower data plan later?  

I don't know why my phone is not used because of the change in the plan.Change it to the original plan.
