my online order was canceled

Hi there, my order was canceled even if I passed the credit check. Can someone call me to resolve the issue?Thanks!

Koodo conducts a credit check and sets your allowable ‘spending limit’, which may be lower than your credit card limit. If your order exceeds that ‘spending limit’ it will be rejected. Ask for a callback via [www.koodomobile.com/chat  Type    #helpss], present your issue and hopefully find a solution to your issue.
