My callback got disconnected.

I was talking to a customer representative and there was a disconnection on your side. I switched my plan over and wanted to add something to it which required a callback. Is it possible to get into a direct line with someone about it? I am sick of using your digital assist as it won’t schedule me a callback.

The only way to talk to a ‘live’  koodo rep is to ask for a callback

It is unusual (but still possible) to have a callback disconnected - so you should try again.

The reasons it won’t let you schedule a CB is probably becasue they are closed.
