Hi, I signed a contract with monthly credits but started receiving it months after I actually signed the contract. What happens to the monthly credits that I was not able to receive in the months prior?

You will continue receiving the monthly credit for the number of months stated in the original offer. i.e. if the credit was for ten months and you started getting it in month 4, it would continue to be applied for 9 more months.
I was supposed to get the monthly credits until the end of the contract.
Youre not going to miss those months. Say it's for 12 months and started 2nd month in… you'll get the 12 months from that point on.
