Minute Top Ups


I have just topped up my minutes on a prepaid account. Online it shows them as Active but the date is the 26th of Feb, today is the 22nd of Feb, show why are they not active immediately

Have you used all your current minutes? That's probably why it says that if you haven't. Otherwise, are you saying that you can't use your minutes? If this is because it says a different date and nothing is actually wrong, then you don't need to worry about it. Common error on prepaid self-serve.
