I saw Koodo’s lunar new year promo and decided to switch a few days ago and got the $50 10GB plan with Tab Mid. I noticed there was supposed to be 888 long distance minutes included in the promo but it’s not showing up on any of the paper work sent in my email today or in the rate plan details in my account. Anyone have any ideas what’s up with that?

The promo is for new activation only. If you simply change your plan, the option isn’t there.

The 888 LD add-on would be showed in your self-serve as an add-on. It doesn’t show in your service terms.
I would suggest you access your self-serve and check the add-on of the rate plan. If the add-on isn’t there, you would have to contact Koodo and ask a rep.
