Lost or stolen sim card replacement


Can someone please help me with those questions please? 1. How to get a replacement on monthly plan sim if its lost (I have a monthly plan only without any phone)? 2. How long it might take for this replacement process? 3. Does it cost anything? 4. Can i get a micro sim on my existing plan? because almost every new phone uses micro sim slot these days. If anyone can please help me with those questions I will be grateful. Thank you very much. Ani

Of course we can 🙂 1. You can get one instantly in any of the stores that sells Koodo products 2. Instant, or if you order it online, a few days 3. Yes, a SIM card costs $10 4. You can get any size you need and just activate it in self service - couldn't be simpler 🙂

Log into self serve > scroll down > change phone > Enter New SIM Card number

If you have multiple lines under one account, make sure you choose right phone number to do this.
