Looking to upgrade my plan


I’’m looking to upgrade my data plan but the plan I was looking for doesn’t show up in the list under any of the tab options (I’m currently on Tab Medium). Can I speak to someone at Koodo to help me with this? Thank you.

Which plan were you trying to change to? Was jt a Tab medium plan? If you are currently on a Tab medium, you could only change to another plan within Tab medium criteria. 

Yes it was offered to me a while back but I didn’t need the data upgrade at the time, it was either $60 or $65 for 10gb. How do I look up that offer?

If the offer expired, you can't get it in selfserve now.

Does your plan show up here https://www.koodomobile.com/rate-plans

These are the plans available to every customer.

 

If it was a promo offer to you, then the offer may have expired.  Try to login to your self serve and look for a Purple/Pink star for your personalized promos

Ok so can I talk to Koodo somehow? Can’t believe I can’t find a customer service number anywhere???

Your best bet is would be to send Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter.
