I recently joined Koodo and on Canada wide plan. However whenever i called to out of province phone no, it says long distance charges may apply. How should i contact to customer service to talk about this or how to resolve this issue?

The good news is: you don’t need to contact anyone - it’s just a standard message. If you dial the number with a 1 (one) in front, the message goes away :)

The other good new is that there will be no long distance charges (they don’t charge extra for an annoying message)
