Koodo offer free data


I received a text message that stated, "...by offering you a 1 GB monthly data add-on, FREE for 2 months". I accepted it but what they didn't tell you it was 1 GB for 2 months. Funny how the original text stated, "monthly", and now I got charged for the extra usage. Is there any way to get the extra fee waived?

What plan do you have?  And when did you receive the offer?
Can you take a screenshot and post it (no personal info)?

Had it said: "[i]...by offering you a 1 GB monthly data add-on, FREE for the first 2 months", would you have understood differently?

Hey David,

Didn't you get a text telling you that you have reached 100% of your data? If not, I'd suggest setting it up next time to avoid those kind of situations.

Hi David - the offer is in fact for 1GB/month. You added the feature back in February and only used 324mb during that billing period, but used over 1GB on your last bill - hence the overage charge.
