Hello to all Koodo representatives,
It's getting annoying and doesn't make any sense.
I'm existing customer at Koodo, and of course I'm waiting for special offers, but in fact it turns out that they support only new customer giving them bonus 2Gb and so on, when I come to a store every representative says the same, try to have a look on Black Friday deals, or Christmas ones, but in the fact, there are the same deals with 2Gb extra Data for new customers on 2 years or I should upgrade my phone what I don't want to do at all because I like mine.
In addition, you deleted mobile App from Apple Store, saying that no-one uses this app, and all people prefer use website. Are you serious? In 21st century you don't have your own app and your website is done by cheap labour - students or whoever, that have bugs errors or even some time it's unreachable. Also I had problem, that I could not pay for Koodo with international credit card, because it's not Canadian (this also killed me).
Honestly, I like you coverage and the mobile network signal quality, but everything said above really annoys me.
I see the only one way is to transfer my plan to fido, and I'll get 3Gb for $45 that's not bad or you can offer me something specific.
