Hi,
I am having some issues joining Koodo. I am a UK Citizen with Canadian Residency. When signing up I am faced with a problem which is stopping me from signing up.
I was rejected from the application due to credit check. It states that you cannot use VISA which is my canadian bank account. I have used an international Mastercard which seemed to be accepted however I was then emailed to say that Koodo was unable to validate your credit information.
I know lots of International’s are using this service so there must be a way around. Please can you point me in the right direction.
