Issues with Voice Mail IVR

Recently, there was a change to the IVR when accessing and retrieving messages. Right now, something happened where the IVR is extremely slow in stating the phone number that left the message and date and time. It's terribly frustrating.

Is this a bug? Does anyone at Koodo know this is happening?

You are the 3rd person I heard this happened to. I'm not aware of a solution so I'll flag this to a rep
Thank you.. The solution I feel is quite simple. Return the IVR to how it was before.

In the future, purchase an IVR which includes a rewind feature for the phone number and an adjustment for prompt levels (speed). The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
