Issues upgrading plan with self serve


In Ontario and I want to upgrade my plan on my phones to include the 1000 intl minutes and self serve is not allowing me to do so. I was going to call however it says I would have to pay $10 for each phone. I have never had an issue with self-serve before and enjoy being a Koodo customer. Any suggestions?

Hi Firespiritgirl,The 1000 intl minutes are only available if you are a new customer or are upgrading your phone. If you are doing neither one of these, then unfortunately you can't get to 1000 intl minutes.
It does not seem fair that loyal customers do not have access to new deals.

They do. They just have to meet the same standard I.e. buy a new device.

Then you won't get charged 10$. You met the criteria. Therefore you should get the promo
