Is your IMEI compatibility tool accurate?

If your IMEI tool online tells me the my cell is not compatible with your network, does this mean it isn't for sure or should I go in to Koodo and check anyways?

I believe Koodo uses the same online tool to check the IMEI. But like TeaBird said, the best way is to try a koodo sim in the phone. However even if the phone is compatible, it needs to be unlocked before it can be used with Koodo
can you tell us the make/model of your phone? a quick google search for the proper operating bands may help save you a trip... (or just borrow a koodo sim from a buddy and give it a try)
