International add on


I have added the international add-on for the UK but I don't have any service yet...added it about two hours ago, so growing a bit concerned. Help?

Have you added the international voice roaming addon? Try restarting your device and/or removing the sim card. Also try connecting manually to the carrier instead of automatically connecting.
When I try to add the international voice roaming addon I get an error message that says "No financial data found"...I see PPU International Long Distance must be provisioned to use this but I'm not sure how to do that or if it is... I've already tried restarting my phone and also connecting to each available carrier manually

You'll have to contact Koodo directly to get them to add it for you then. You can message them through facebook (https://m.me/Koodo) or twitter dm or call if you would like.

You can call them through Skype because dealing a toll-free number is free with Skype.
