I’d like to get another phone and add it to my existing plan which means it doesn’t need a new line or rate plan. It would function as iPod for now until I feel cellular service is warranted. Is this possible? And if so, do I have to buy it outright or pay it like a tab?
So I saw a good deal on a better plan today and decided to upgrade my phone to get it. Opted in for the $5 tab for a Samsung Galaxy A20 . Just wondering what happens to my old plan? Does it get cancelled/replaced right away so I’m not getting double billed or anything?

I have Koodo account 12 years, but now I am planning to close it. Now Koodo doesn’t offers plans like Telus or Rogers 15Gb for 65$, and cut data when I reach my limit. But Telus and Rogers just cut speed to 512kb. Question- why Koodo has worst data plans?
When you become a Koodo customer online from Newfoundland, you are assigned a BC area code instead of an NL one.
