How do you get a monthly bill corrected when there is incorrect billing? I added on 30 days of unlimited US text messaging for $20 on Sept 8 and it was confirmed that this would expire on October 8. However, I was charged the full $20 on both my September and October bills. Is there a reason for this? How do I get it removed?

Is there $20 add on charges each on September and October? Or partial charge of $20 on each September and October that makes $20 total? Is it for any other charge like minutes or data? If you were charged more than it should, you need to call Koodo *611 from your phone
