I'm on easy roam in curacao, and no incoming calls are coming through. If the person leaves a voicemail, I'll get a notification, but if they don't, I don't even get a missed call notification. Any ideas how to fix this? And how to get refunded for easy roam days I've used already - why am I paying if I'm not getting the service I'm supposed to?

Is everything else working? Outgoing calls, incoming and outgoing texts, and data?
Outgoing calls, data, and incoming and outgoing texts are fine as far as I can tell. The only other issue is that occasionally when I call into my voicemail it doesn't recognize when I press the keys. But restarting solves that.
