Im a new customer. my data plan seems to be wrong


Im a new customer. I received a txt saying im 50% of my data and i have 16 days for my billing cycle. My plan is supposed to be 2Gb + 2Gb bonus =4Gb. But the mesaage said 50% pf 1024Mb which is 1Gb... can someone check this?

How can you be so sure you signed up for the 4GB plan? Do you have some proof? Did you switch on the good line? Did you check the usage on the good line?

Yes i have my order confirmation email. I only have one line. I ported my number

Thank you. My issue has been resolved. I emailed the Koodo webstore and sent my order confirmation and bam they fixed it immediately. No hassle.
