If we want to have a plan for 2, would that be possible with a koodo plan?

Each line has to have its own plan so the answer to your question is no. No carrier in Canada offers what you're looking for

Ahmad is completely correct and the only thing you'll find is data sharing which will have you both needing separate plans but you'll share a bucket of data each month, this is however not available from Koodo and in alot of cases is more expensive then just getting 2 plans from Koodo.
