if i make a decision to hold my number after i come back to active my cellphone is my plan still in same ?


The Koodo service keeping telling the different information to me. when i make my number in hold they tell me i can return to my old plan. but right now they say the old plan is not in the system,so they can not help me to get my plan back. also the service keeping telling the wrong information to me. different people has different idea!! I REALLY DONT KNOW WHICH IS RIGHT. THEY ARE TELLING THE WORING INFORMATION

You absolutely can't get your plan again if it's not currently available on Koodo's website. You have to choose one of the plans there. The way the seasonal hold works is that your plan is actually replaced with a different plan, which is the seasonal hold @ $10/month. Once you come back, you have to actually "change your plan" on self-serve to a new plan on the website.

Putting an account on seasonal hold counts as a plan change. If the plan you were on before is no longer available you will need to choose one that is.
