I lost phone and I want to cancel plan How can I do it?

Well, you need to call in and suspend your service and report the phone lost. But are you sure you looked for it everywhere?

You can suspend service in Self Serve so you don't have a stranger find your phone and rack up charges, but you are still responsible for the bills until you get a new device. Tab needs to be repaid in order to upgrade... You can pay off your Tab balance in SS or have it invoiced to you at the kiosk. Pick a new phone and new Tab, and voila.
