I want to know why I can’t switch to the Black Friday plan. I want to speak to a person. Yes I’ve tried self serve but self serve cannot answer my questions. Have I tried the bot? Yes, but it is as useful as a screen door in a submarine. It “booked me for a call back” yet one day later no call back. Please please please can I get a person to speak with.
What error did you see when you tried to change your plan? Have you tried to clear the cache of the web browser and try the incognito mode of Chrome to see if that can hell?

The special black Friday plan didn’t even show up as an option. Therefore I’d like to speak to a person that works for Koodo about this.
Perhaps I’m not being clear enough. I logged into self serve and tried to change my plan to the Black Friday deal. But it would show up. My plan is to wait till Tuesday November 21 2023. If I don’t get to speak to an actual human I’m going to switch to a different provider who is offering the exact same deal.

Which plan were you looking for and which plan did you see? Many plan were only for new customers but they also had some decent plans to switch to though.
And this is customer forum, many are customers just like you are. (Not average Joe though)
The BYOd plans are specifically for new actications only. What you’ll see in self-serve is like the 100 gb for $60 plan. You might get lucky to get a rep to change you but the official stance, as stated by reps here, is it’s for new activation only. They won’t seem to do it for someone who’s been a customer for less than 15 days, which is someone within the refund window. So I doubt you’d be able to either.

No they didn’t. But they did give me an acceptable compromise.
