I want to see my bills they seem to have doubled since I couldn't view to many failled password attempts


Been trying to get through Self Serve now I found out it no longer runs. Is there a new way to view my bills?

After 5 failed attempt, for security purposes your online account is locked for an hour. Once that expires what would be best is to recover your password by the online tool 'forgot password?' on the login page. 

Self serve "runs". :-)

As long as you are trying to access self-serve through a browser, you should be OK. The App is no longer an option to sign in.
