Where do I find the step by step information to add another phone to my account. My husband is with a different provider and I want to move him over to my account and a separate koodoo plan, but I do not want to loose his current number. He still has an active account with a different provider.

Best thing to do an open a new line on your account. Once you receive it and it's active, port your spouses number over in self-serve. It'll be the “move your number” option.
