I've added names to my five essentials, but they are not getting saved/displayed??


On the web portal, added names to five essential numbers, 'saved' and waited (24/48 hours) and they do now show. Tried several times. What's the secret?

Hey Warren, This can be rectified over the phone with an agent, since we don't have access to your account information here on the community. Simply dial *611 free from your phone or 1-866-995-6636 free from a landline/other phone and they'll take a look into this for you. I called Koodo support and the rep that answered (Veronica??) couldn't help. She was even making stuff up. It was very frustrating and I had to bail after 20 minutes. I'm not impressed with Koodo support. Warren

Call again and hopefully (and likely) you will get another rep that's better
