I reset my voicemail password, but my new password won't connect me.


I can't access my voicemail! I set it up my voicemail a while ago, but when the time came to actually use it I forgot my voicemail password. I reset the password, but whenever I put in the new password I just get a message saying someone else is logged into my mailbox so it can't connect me.

The only thing I would try at this point is resetting it again via self-serve. If the problem persists, I would then recommend calling Koodo tomorrow at *611 from your Koodo phone and they can fix the issue since they're closed now They're open 9am your local time Hours of Operation Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Unless you want to be calling back multiple times, do not call from your phone for a voicemail issue. Call 1-866-995-6636 from a second line, choose option 6 for tech support.
