I ordered an additional line, how do I find out the new phone number?

I added a new line to my account yesterday.  How do I find out the phone # assigned?

Hi,

 

Indeed, the system is billing you from the moment of activation and with this pandemic it might take few days until you will get your SIM card.

Have you tried on Self serve, on the Overview section?

I got the answer from a rep (call back).  He said that one or two days after the SIM card gets shipped, I will receive a separate email about the phone number.  They try not to activiate the phone # the same day it shipped as the account gets billed at the time of activation.

You could ask for a refund for the days you paid without using the phone tho.
