i need more data and self-serve isnt giving me any options

i am a monthly customer, i used all my data for the month and added a top up and used that. i am now trying to change my plan to one with more data or add another top up but there are no options in self serve. 

When i go  to change my plan it isn’t showing me any options for plans and it isnt showing anymore options for data top ups either.

 

i can’t schedule a call back and i am getting so frustrated with this lack of service.

When you reached your data limit and data was halted, you should have received an email to restart the data
