i keep getting an error when i press get a new phone, help!

I need help, I keep getting an error logging in and it logs me out.

I can access my account but when I add a phone to the cart and go to check out, the screen appears to say add a new line or get a new phone and I press get a new phone it loads and then the errors appears. When I press add a new line it loads normally

Did you try to clear the browsing history or use different browsers?

Yes I have tried 2 browsers on my phone and 2 on my laptop and it keeps giving me the same error
