I just purchased the wrong add on US plan. How do I change it? I texted 10ALL and meant to text 30ALL.


I signed up for the wrong add on. How do I change it?

Contact Koodo on Facebook, Justin, by sending them a private message. I'm sure they might be able to change your add-on for you 🙂

You need to call in.  Dial 611 from your phone.  Put it on speaker and get comfortable

I see... well it is still the fastest way to contact Koodo but you can call 611 and be prepared for a long wait on the phone... or contact them on Twitter if you have that, or create a fake Facebook account just to contact them (apparently it is the future of companies offering to provide one on one service, sadly...)

Folks, Justin should be able to remove it online. Log into your account and remove the service.
