I got my sim card in the mail, not active/no phone number?


I ordered a sim card online and added it onto my account. I just go it in the mail and it didn't ship with a phone number or service agreement. Any rep who can help me with this?

I'm confused what exactly you ordered, Stephanie. Did you order a plan and/or phone or just the SIM card?
I ordered a plan and a sim card.

EDIT: I just got an email from Koodo, saying "This message is to confirm your activation and to notify you that we're proceeding to set up your services as requested."

Do you happen to know how long that generally takes? I still don't have service on my device as of yet.
