I changed to a Special Offer Tariff today, but nothing happened


I tried to change my tariff to one of the Special Offer 'New' tariffs today (Unlimited Texts, Unlimited Minutes, 1GB data), because it was better than my current tariff for less money.

Now I've logged in again tonight and that tariff isn't showing as being available any more.

Can you sort this out please?

That plan is still available Iain. Was there some error message you got? I can see on our website, lots of people are switching to it online because how good it is. I might just to check again. Let us know if you were successful.
When I click on 'Change my Plan', it shows me as still being on the old Plan and only the full price plans are shown as being an option. None of the Special Offers are visible.

Earlier today I changed to the new Plan, your website told me that I was now on the new plan (having accepted the new Tab rules), but nothing appears to have happened.

I see you logged in Iain, but don't I don't you have successfully changed plans. If you don't mind I would like to give you call and help the changes take place as well as learn what may the problem you run into. Thanks for your patience!
