I cannot buy a new phone or plan

Hello I am having issues buying any new phone or plan it keeps saying my credit card info is incorrect and my billing might not match my credit info. Meanwhile they have been taking my plan payments for the past 4-5 years on this same card. Please take my money.

For phone purchases, the requirements are stricter. The billing address should match the address on your account or it'll not work.
