I cancelled my Galaxy S 11 smartphone, and now I need to reinstate my #. How do I do that?

If you completely cancelled your service with Koodo, you will need to go to your nearest Koodo retailer and create a new account. They will sell you a new SIM card and activate you with a new number. 

If you were on pre-paid, as long as your account hasn't been inactive for more than 90 days, just log into self serve add more credit and re-activate your base plan.
