I can not log in to prepaid self serve account

i think i used an old email acct when i set this up, it says wrong email and password, said cannot verify cell number

Hi Thelma, you'll have to contact Koodo and have them fix the issue. You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
