I bought call forwarding. I need to activate it from another phone. My current cell is not turning on aon.


My phone won't turn on. I need to call forward to my work line until I can get it looked at. I bought the add on. I just need to have it activated remotely as I can not use my cell.

I'm pretty sure you can only activate call forwarding on the line itself, Lisa, to prevent people from abusing it. Can you insert the SIM in another phone (friend or so) just to activate it? After you're set, you can remove the SIM again.
Maybe if I go to a location. I am traveling for work and don't have the means to ask friends.

I'm sure they might be able to accommodate you, Lisa 🙂 Hope you get your phone sorted too... make sure you push the power button for at least 20 seconds to force a boot, sometimes that helps.
