I'm trying to report a payment...pick up your phone! Yesterday I was on hold for 2 hours and today I'm on hold again...

I'm also waiting for a hour and a half. This is terrible . I'm looking for a new provider

Afraid there isn't much that can be done besides waiting.  You cxan try right at 9am if at all possible. Or I guess you could port out if you're going to switch to another provider and you'll get a final bill to
