How to change to promo plan when it's not listed in self-serve available plans

Hi, I'd like to change to the new promo plan but when I login to my account that plan isn't listed as a choice. How do I manage to change plans if the one currently advertised is not listed as a choice in self-serve? Thanks in advance for the help. Keith

If you want one of the new plans then you'd need to pay off your existing tab, if any, and call customer service to switch to the new plans. There's no service charge since this isn't something you can do on your own via self serve. Note: if you're currently getting the 10% BYOD discount, it t is also not compatible with the new plans. And you'll loose it if you switch to a newer plan.
