how to change plans twice on a same day

I wanted to change my current rate plan. I accidently selected the wrong plan and confirmed. Now I want to correct my mistake and change to a different plan, but it says I cannot until the next billing cycle. Do anyone know how to work around and change my plan again today?

There’s no loophole to get around it. You are only allowed one plan change for every billing cycle.

If you need to change it again, you have to contact a Koodo rep to do that for you. Either schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. Tell them about your situation and they can help you out.
