I need to cancel my plan with Koodo as I n live in the country. I went to a kiosk to do it but they said I had to call customer service. I asked them to connect me to customer service but they refused. I them called customer service myself and waited for 2 hours and 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then I got an automated message saying that 'Due to unforseen circumstances we can't come to the phone right now.' message. I am beyond annoyed. Any tips on how to actually get any customer service from this company?
