I have a Koodo phone number and for years I’ve had a service provider that emails me short messages to MyNumber@msg.telus.com (where MyNumber is my Koodo cell number, 438-XXX-XXXX), which converted automatically into a SMS to my number (coming from 999-999-9999).
All of a sudden that provider is getting this bounce-back message:

I know I’m not receiving too much mail at all, because I’m not receiving anything. And for years this worked well, without me receiving any other message from any other sender.
WHAT CAN I DO TO ACCESS THAT INBOX AND DELETE ITS CONTENT ? OR HOW SHOULD I PROCEED ABOUT THIS ISSUE?
I already tried https://webmail.telus.net and couldn’t login.
Please I’m trying to avoid reaching out to the standard koodo support service, as I honestly have not had the best experience with them.
