How ot find out REMAINING USA TIME ON ADD ON !

If in the USA and have bought an ADD on of 40 minutes, how to find out amount of time used? The plan just shows total amount used but started the 40 mins into the regular plan cycle amounts and now don't know how much was Can and how much is being used in the US. Scared of the big hit if go over in the states. Is there a way to figure this out....frustrating that there can't be a running total of calls made on an Add on. Hope someone can answer so I don't have to call Service and be charge $5 (probably for them to say sorry we have no way of tracking this ?!?)

There is no way for Koodo to track your roaming minutes since you're roaming on a different network. Keep in mind once you've used the 40 minutes it's $0.38 for each extra minute for incoming and outgoing calls. Technically speaking the only way to check is to go through your call logs with the made and received calls within the cell phone itself.

Damn they got rid of the auto top up of the add-on :s Calling Koodo doesnt wont result in a charge. However if you are calling koodo while roaming then it will. Check your call history since you arrived in the US and see if it adds up to an hour. At most you would have 40 calls to count

There is no way for Koodo agents to see what time is remaining. The only thing to do is to go over the call log.

$15.00/40 minutes == $0.375/minute. It's a better deal if they charge in 1 minute increments.
