How long does it take to update my plan? i went fro no data to just 100MB and i dont know how to check if it updated

Nearly immediately. Make sure that data is on and no data blocks are on your self-serve.
I have the same problem but I am pretty sure my data has been blocked on my phone.  What to do?

You would need to call Koodo or contact them through social media (Facebook) in order to remove it from your account
