how do I unpause data withoit a top up

Hello,

I updated  my plan so I have more data but I was over so it’s suspended. How do I start using my new day mid month without topping up.

I updated  my plan so I have more data but I was over so it’s suspended. How do I start using my new day mid month without topping up.  

I’m guessing you changed your plan midway through your billing cycle. Unfortunately, your data will be prorated. You can read more about it here. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration

In order to get the full data amount, you will have to wait until the next billing cycle. If you need more data, you will have to top up. 

Thanks you.  It’s strange I see I have data still but I can’t unpause without a top up.

Hi! There are still a couple of MB of data available that you could use until the end of the billing cycle. Can you, please, turn your phone OFF and back ON? It should be working now without a Top-up.
