How do I start using my 10 day US add- on?

Once you have purchased it and received the confirmation by email, and entered the USA, you turn on your phone.

Sounds great but I've been trying for 24 +hours now and it's not working!! Have even been to 2 stores here_ Radio Shack and T- mobile ( that's what shows up on the upper left of the screen). All to no avail. Help !!!

What is the problem exactly? You can't use your phone at all? That's weird. Has the problem been solved?

Have you restarted your phone? Most of the time, that's an wasy fix.
Thanks. Have restarted my phone numerous times. Phone and text work but no net connection at all. Have given up this trip. Will contact my provider once I'm back home. Thanks again. S.
