How do I get the rate plan corrected on new lines?

Last week Koodo called with a promotion: $50 for 9GB

I agreed to add three new lines. Now I see that the rate plan for those lines is only 4GB

How do I get this fixed?

@brianm1962 I see the proper plans on your account on all lines. If you are looking at your last invoice that doesn’t include the change as that only took place Sept 9th.  When you log into your account, under usage, you should see all your data. Remember that the first month is after the change is prorated to reflect when you changed plans.  Your next bill may look a little different, but everything looks correct on our side at this point.

You will see the full data amounts (4MB + 5MB bonus) at the beginning of your new cycle. If you do not, send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter or ask for a callback via www.koodomobile.com/chat and discuss your issue.
