How do I dispute a charge on my bill?

I have been charged for an add-on that I did not request. How do I get this reversed?

Hey Alex! I took a look at your account and indeed, you were charged for an add on (unlimited US calling) that you had prior to changing your plan.  I'm happy to confirm that it has been removed and a credit was applied on your account for the charges.  You can take a look at your updated amount due through your self-serve account. Keep in mind that you will need to request the feature back if you wish to have it again in the future.  Have a great day!
